Letter from a parent

Dear Elisabeth,

I would like to thank you for tutoring Nicole; she has demonstrated significant improvement in her reading and spelling. Nicole has had reading tutors before, but she didn't respond to the methods used. She also attended the Arizona State University summer reading program and gained absolutely nothing.
